Our client company has an impressive customer list for its products and due to product success, the company will be building a new line of products with expanded capabilities. This is a great time to join and set the direction for a new product line.

Job Description:

This is an opportunity to shape a new product line for which existing customers have been advocating. You will create the product roadmap and work with the engineering team to build the products. You will lead the definition and launch of ERP integrations and REST API services. Some primary responsibilities include:

• Translate customer needs into detailed functional requirements, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and work with designers to create awesome user experiences.
• Serve as product owner on the scrum team to organize and prioritize the product backlog, describing the business value and representing the voice of the customer.
• Manage the release and product launch process for APIs and integration connectors to specific globally recognized products.
• Communicate development status and progress toward milestones and releases.
• Demonstrate product capabilities and solutions to customers and partners to assist in the sales process.
• Work with the marketing team to create differentiated messaging and positioning to support go-to-market campaigns.

Qualifications

• BA / BS Degree
• 5-10 years of software product management experience
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Appreciation for the technical aspects of your products without having to be an Engineer.
• Analytic and metrics-driven work style.
• Familiar with Agile development methodologies including Scrum.
