What is a Recruiter

A Recruiter is a professional who works to match qualified individuals with specific open positions at highly selective client companies. There is no cost to the job seeker, the employer pays the Recruiter. It is the primary responsibility of an experienced Recruiter to get to know their candidates well and to build a professional relationship that adds value.

There are several ways we can work with your company. The most common is under a Contingency Agreement.

This means that you engage with NDT for the purpose of filling one or more positions. Under this type of agreement, you send us the job descriptions for all the positions you need filled.

Exclusive Contingency

Another way you can work with us is under an Exclusive Contingency arrangement. NDT is the only recruiting resource enlisted to recruit for a specific role and has full exclusivity.
