There are several ways we can work with your company.
The most common is under a Contingency Agreement.
This means that you engage with NDT for the purpose of filling one or more positions. Under this type of agreement, you send us the job descriptions for the positions you need filled. We then begin the process of placement. In collaboration with your company’s hiring team, the NDT team will get an in-depth understanding of the required job responsibilities as well as the soft skills a candidate must have to be successful in the position. Our Senior recruiting team will consult with you on an ongoing basis to provide real time data on the competitive landscape for talent as well as provide advice on compensation to attract and retain exceptional talent. We will manage your expectations throughout the process and tailor our recruiting methods to find the best fit. Our expertise in the tech space and extensive talent network allows us to swiftly target and recruit the best talent. A contingency fee is paid to NDT only when your company chooses to hire a candidate presented by NDT.
Another way you can work with us is under an Exclusive Contingency arrangement. NDT is the only recruiting resource enlisted to recruit for a specific role and has full exclusivity. This arrangement is best when you need us to allocate a special commitment of time, resources, and productivity on a particular assignment. In return for exclusivity, we allocate more of our company’s resources to help with your hiring needs. An exclusive contingency fee is paid to NDT only when your company chooses to hire a candidate presented by NDT.
For high priority, hard-to-fill complex searches or quiet/confidential hires, we recommend our Retained Search Model. This focused, dedicated service is particularly appropriate for challenging searches that are time-sensitive and private.
