What we are seeing from the Employer side:
Companies are at varying stages of exploring, experimenting and adopting use of AI tools to streamline processes, increase efficiencies, decrease costs and increase revenue. Some are dabbling in it as individual employees gain knowledge and others are fortunate to have innovative leaders serving as strategic drivers to initiate and weave AI technology use into the fabric of all company processes.
It is clear that AI is not replacing Product Managers, Product Marketers, Data Scientists and other tech-business professionals, but the current job market does expect that tech-business talent will be highly curious and committed to learning about AI tools that can optimize results.

We have repeatedly seen this year that the candidates that convey genuine curiosity and ongoing initiative (the early adopters) to learn about AI have a competitive advantage in a highly competitive market.
