An exciting chapter begins for our family as our son moves to a new city for his first post-grad position. It’s a meaningful reminder of why we love what we do at NDT: supporting people throughout each career chapter from early-career opportunities through intentional growth, leadership transitions, and executive roles.
Recently, I had breakfast with a Tech-business leader we first worked with early in his career, now a Managing Partner at a growth equity firm and had a TEAMS catch up with a valued CEO of a global aviation technology company, who I’ve known for more than 20 years. This summer also provided time for a long overdue lunch with an inspirational CMO talent and special human who we have placed in career advancing opportunities and previously placed her father in multiple career growth opportunities.
