SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Our client is searching for a talented software engineer to join a small team of engineers. Your focus will be on algorithmic advertising. You will work in a data-driven environment.  Your focus is  on rapid iteration, experimentation, and driving measurable results.

You are entrepreneurial in nature.

You will be expected to learn and adapt to multiple disciplines and new technologies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance company’s algorithmic advertising infrastructure markets.
• Collaborate with colleagues to rapidly take an idea from initial concept to production.
• Analyze ad performance and website behavior to identify optimization opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Build models using historical performance data and AI to optimize ad returns
• Advocate for new technologies and methodologies.

You Possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• No digital advertising experience required
• Proficient in building scalable data pipelines and third-party integrations.
• Willing to take on any challenge/ learn new skills /get the job done.
• Experience with Python, PostgreSQL, BigQuery is a plus.
• Solid experience with SQL and an understanding of statistics.
• Able to work independently to explore data and discover opportunities for improvement
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Azure.
