The Opportunity:
A high-growth, technology-driven organization is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives for a proprietary software platform. This role will own the full product marketing lifecycle from positioning and go-to-market strategy to performance analysis and optimization.
Reporting to senior marketing leadership, this individual will partner cross-functionally with product, sales, and technology teams to drive adoption, expand market share, and elevate the overall customer experience.
Your Mission:
- Develop clear, differentiated product positioning, messaging, and value propositions
- Translate complex technical and analytical concepts into compelling, customer-focused narratives
- Lead go-to-market strategy for product launches and ongoing campaigns
- Partner with sales to support lead generation and nurture strategies across the full funnel
- Analyze market trends and user segments to identify growth opportunities and deepen engagement
- Own campaign development across channels, including email, web, events, social, and multimedia content
- Manage marketing automation workflows and customer journeys (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
- Oversee product-related digital experience, including web strategy, content performance, and conversion optimization
- Measure and report on campaign performance using KPIs, pipeline contribution, and data visualization tools
Expertise You Bring to the team:
- 7+ years of product marketing experience within software or technology environments
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans
- Exceptional writing, storytelling, and communication skills
- Experience simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo); Salesforce familiarity is a plus
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capabilities
