Job Overview:
Exceptional opportunity for an early to mid-career HR talent to grow with a highly dynamic industry leader. Partner closely with the CFO and Chief Inspiration Officer to implement HR policies and procedures, while maintaining an ongoing positive culture for this successful and rapidly growing company!
The Opportunity:
- Partner with CFO to implement HR policies and procedures that support overall company success and promote a positive company culture.
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for new hires.
- Implement and maintain HRIS systems to streamline HR processes and improve data accuracy.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Support open feedback throughout the company.
- Track metrics of successes and areas in need of improvement re: employee retention, time to fill positions, etc.
- Manage employee relations, addressing and resolving issues or conflicts that arise, and handling disciplinary processes and formal grievances.
- Conduct employee engagement surveys and exit interviews to provide insights to managers and C-level leaders.
Experience you bring:
- 3+ years of HR experience at a fast-moving start-up tech company or highly dynamic established company with 100+ employees and growing.
- Familiarity with multi-state and hybrid office culture.
- Ability to skillfully prioritize employee and leadership needs while effectively managing communications across the organization and to/from company leadership.
- Proven ability to work independently with a wealth of support from the CFO and other internal resources.
- Hands-on experience managing HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Experience in developing and driving HR initiatives, policies, and procedures to support company growth and employee engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Experience in managing employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other wellness programs.
- Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) and other HR-related software.
- Knowledge of payroll and HCM processes.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
