The Opportunity:
- Partner with hiring managers to lead recruiting efforts across technical and tech-business operations.
- Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews
- Build talent pipelines through networking, employee referrals, external recruiters, events, and other creative channels.
- Onboard new hires so that they are well-equipped for this hyper-growth environment
- Collaborate with payroll vendors and implement Compensation & Benefit benchmarking and provide guidance to leadership team
- Support offboarding processes
- Define clear expectations of roles and a career path within the teams
- Drive employee engagement by working closely with the managers on team building / on sites and offsites experiences
- Partner with managers and the HR team to develop and implement strategies that engage and retain a strong and diverse team
- Own the HRIS processes/support the implementation of an HR system
- Work closely with VP HR/ finance/legal teams on the employee agreements and employee relations
Experience/Skills of interest:
- 5+ years as an HR Generalist with hands-on experience guiding start-ups through ongoing rapid growth stages.
- Ability to jump right in to provide new employee onboarding, support and guidance to employees and leadership with knowledge of MA rules/regulations.
- Experience collaborating with Global counterparts and remote/hybrid teams.
