Consumer Product Development Manager

• Own the full new product development cycle for 30+ international projects annually from design through launch.

• Identify, onboard, and collaborate with key business partners, suppliers, and vendors to deliver high-quality products on time.
• Optimize processes, drive automation, and improve team efficiency.
• Communicate progress, manage stakeholder expectations, and deliver project updates.
• Conduct market research, attend trade shows, and travel internationally to build business relationships and drive growth.
• Mentor team members and lead regular feedback and performance reviews.

The Expertise you bring:

• 6+ years of experience in product development for consumer electronics or similar hardware product offerings
• Proven success managing multiple projects and international product launches
• Experience working with OEMs, suppliers, and manufacturing partners globally
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• E-commerce and ERP systems experience
• PMP or Six Sigma certification is a plus, but not required
