B2C Senior Mobile Design Leader

Your Mission:

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights into user behavior and needs
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for digital products with a focus on attention to detail
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and UX researchers, to ensure the successful launch of new products and features
• Iterate and refine design solutions based on user feedback and performance metrics
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends and technologies, and bring new ideas to the team
• Continuously work to improve and build design processes and design systems

Skills and Experience You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products, including web and mobile applications
• Strong portfolio (including mobile applications) demonstrating expertise in designing simple and easy-to-use user interfaces with a focus on attention to detail and user needs
• Experience organizing and conducting user interviews and research to support product design
• Experience collaborating with Engineering and Product teams using agile practices
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma
• An ongoing curiosity and focus on staying up to date with the latest design trends and technologies, and the self-initiative to bring new ideas to the team
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
