Azure Data Architect – Be The Company’s Azure Expert

You love being the “go to person” when it comes to Azure.  If this sound like you, this role might be remarkably interesting…We are working with a mid-size firm in the Boston, MA area that is looking to add an expert in Azure to its TechOps team.  This is a permanent role with a lot of visibility and responsibility as the firm’s visionary leader in Azure.

Job Overview:

In this role, you will be the Lead on designing, implementing, and managing data architecture and cloud-based solutions with Microsoft Azure. Primary responsibilities include:

• Designing data integration solutions
• Developing an Azure Fabric data architecture
• Developing and managing databases, data lakes, and other data storage solutions using Azure services
• Working with data technologies such as Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and OpenAI

Job Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in data architecture
• Five plus years of working with Azure – particularly data services like Fabric, Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Lake Storage
• Strong knowledge of data modeling and integration tools such as Azure Data Factory and CI/CD tools
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with programming languages such as Python
