The Opportunity

We’re partnering with them to find an exceptional AI Agent Developer to build next-generation intelligent systems that drive automation, decision-making, and large-scale impact on the firm’s trading operations. You’ll work directly with world-class quants, engineers, and researchers to take AI from concept to production in one of the fastest feedback environments in finance.

Core Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy high-performance AI agents in Python
• Integrate modular AI systems with enterprise infrastructure and proprietary data pipelines
• Benchmark and evaluate external models to identify strategic advantages
• Build internal platforms for testing, optimization, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with trading and research teams for rapid iteration cycles
• Uphold strong engineering practices, version control, and rigorous code review standards

Ideal Background

• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Artificial Intelligence from a top university

• Proven track record at leading technology or quantitative finance firms (Google, Meta, Amazon, Microsoft, or top hedge funds)

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
