Job Description:

The Technical Project Leader will take the lead role in deploying our client company’s SaaS solutions.   Working in collaboration with Product Management and Engineering teams, the Technical Project Lead oversees the specification and deployment of solutions to meet their customer’s needs.  This is a great position within the company offering visibility and advancement especially into Product Management, Product Marketing, or Sales roles in the future.

  • Oversee deployment, integration and configuration of new SaaS deployments
  • Validate product configuration options with the customer
  • Perform feature gap analysis between our existing shipping product and customer requirements
  • Understand and document addition security needs
  • Work with the Product Management, Building Engineering and Modeling teams to find and fill feature gaps
  • Document and manage change requests
  • Identify project risks and mitigation plans
  • Write weekly status reports
  • Participate on weekly calls with core project team, IT team, and business/mkt team
  • Manage open items and issues and work to resolve them


  • 3-5 years as technical project manager or solutions architect for large enterprise deployments, ideally SaaS B2B enterprise applications
  • BS, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage dynamics of client business and IT teams for successful projects
  • Experience working with Project Management Office (PMO) at Fortune 500 firms
  • Excellent attention to detail and skills with Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and MS Project
  • Experience with JIRA a plus
  • Professional and credible in front of customers
  • Experience in the following:
    • Familiarity with Data model/database design concepts
    • Operational Reporting tools – Splunk knowledge a plus
    • Customer Support management tools – Jira
    • Programming Languages –SQL, Scripting tools (perl, unix)
  • Experience working with multiple groups, both internally and externally – clients, engineering and product management teams.
