You have five to ten years of relevant experience. You have excellent leadership, communication, judgment, and organizational skills and a proven track record of building operational processes and policy.
You have experience in administration and automation in both Linux and Windows environments.
You have an understanding of Windows and Linux fundamentals.
You have a proficiency in a programming language like Python or PowerShell are prerequisites.
You have experience managing and building a team in an operations and engineering environment.
What you will do:
Your role will be to administer, enhance, build, and support user-facing tools, technologies, and accompanying infrastructure in the desktop and mobile space (e.g., Windows 10, Microsoft Office, Citrix, and Slack)
You will develop internal-facing tools to automate and improve Systems Helpdesk operations, and provide technical assistance for other parts of the Helpdesk.
You will be responsible for managing and growing the Systems/Operations team, overseeing operations and engineering work, shaping and communicating its charter and responsibilities.
You will lead strategic initiatives with Systems management.
A degree in computer science (or another technical discipline) is preferred
