We are working with an established, highly regarded software company to help them grow their Technical Support team. 

Job Description:

In this role, you will work closely with customers to solve any technical issues with the company’s software.  You will have strong experience in SQL and a commitment to service and quality. 

  • Solving hard and interesting problems at the database level

  • Tracing application bugs through the technology stack (especially JavaScript, Ruby,  SQL) and submitting patches to fix

  • Designing and implementing custom solutions for a given client or set of clients

  • Building custom reports using Ruby, HTML, and CSS 


  • 2+ years of experience writing raw SQL to migrate or manipulate complex data sets

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You must be able to communicate technical details to people with a varying range of technical ability

  • A service-oriented and team-oriented mindset

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • Enthusiasm about databases and related technology

  • Experience with HTML/CSS nice to have
