REQUIRED:

Services, Sales, Change management experience with B2B enterprise Business Executives and IT decision makers 

The Opportunity:

  • Change the way businesses innovate by creating value using our client’s state of the art Digital platform.
  • Assist enterprise organizations in innovation by embedding Agile methodology and governance processes.
  • Develop and guide innovation practice setup by structuring portfolio, team and best practices on methodology and platform architecture and setting clients up for success.
  • Customize and drive a set of workshops to help develop strategy, create awareness, and assess maturity level of the organization to enable the digital transformation.
  • Utilize strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams to quickly build credibility among stakeholders 

Skills/Expertise Required:

  • Innovative leader with 5-10 years of experience in IT innovation and change management consulting.
  • Experience engaging directly with customers to help them through the transition to Bi Modal IT.  Moving from a traditional waterfall development structure to Agile.  
  • Working with the C-level Clients to generate innovation ideas.
  • Collaborate with Sales to show that our client company has the thought leadership around how to guide enterprise digital innovation.  
  • Offer current expertise in Enterprise innovation with expertise in bringing the business and IT teams together.
