- Qualification of leads, development, and acquisition of new customers and business partners
- Generate sales and delight customers by understanding customers true needs and requirements
- Identify potential customers and partners and effectively communicate the solution’s unique value proposition
- Develop and implement sales plan for each account, including unique and tailored value proposition.
- Lead/oversee creation of commercial offers to prospects and existing customers and validate them prior to customer submission.
Experience/Qualities of Interest:
- High energy, self-starter, proactive, and growth oriented.
- Experienced with B2B Sales and establishing and growing long-term relationships with cutting-edge clients and globally established industry leaders.
- Perpetual “Can Do” attitude!
- Academic/Work experience in engineering or business.
- Experience with power electronics and/or automotive industry experience a plus.
