The Opportunity:
- Actively seek understanding of customers’ challenges by communication on an ongoing basis with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customers and immerse yourself in gaining understanding of the industry.
- Develop scale up strategy for an industry leader incorporating new complementary solutions, post-acquisition of multiple companies.
- Plan “Better Together” launch for synergistic product solutions.
- Collaborate with Product on roadmap positioning.
- Create content to support Marketing and Sales efforts- collateral, website content, videos, webinars and direct customer outreach.
- Partner with sales to develop and train on key messaging to highlight benefits and competitive positioning.
- Implement and Iterate based on data-driven marketing initiative results.
Experience/Expertise that you bring to the Marketing team:
- 4+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience
- Outward in focus-You take time to understand customers and how to solve their problems and then position multiple product solutions to target customer pain points.
- Ability to swiftly come up to speed on the complexities of an established company post acquisitions, with need to integrate and market complementary product solutions.
- Experience developing a launch plan for synergistic product solutions
- Highly collaborative team player who excels at initiating communication and building relationships with Sales, Marketing, Product, Business and Customer stakeholders.
A huge plus:
- Pragmatic Marketing Certified or similar
- Experience in the energy industry or interest in learning about the energy industry
