The Opportunity:

• Own and lead day-to-day PM process for key global clients.
• Create and manage JIRA tickets for product feature development.
• Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and tailor customization of products for specialized needs.
• Transform customer needs and market insights into a clear and prioritized product roadmap.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX Design and Senior leadership to set expectations and ensure that product development aligns with product specs.
• Develop deep understanding of AI technology offerings

Skills/Experience of Interest:

• 3+ years of experience as a software product owner, product manager, or software engineer, with products deployed both on-premise and in the cloud.
• Experience with product development of B2B SaaS offerings.
• Ability to collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, UX design and Senior leadership.
• Adept at communicating with client contacts at Senior leadership level and with diverse tech and non-tech employees.
• Familiarity with AI technologies is a plus.
