Job Overview:

As a Marketing Manager, you are a data-driven marketing generalist that can lead marketing campaigns and deliver content marketing geared for both businesses and consumers. The ideal candidate will be a strategic, tactical, results-driven, proactive, and collaborative marketing professional that’s eager to get things done!  Primary responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain content for B2B and B2B2C which include sales scripts, training guides, channel marketing guides, product guides, sales decks, targeted blog posts, and other supporting sales collateral
  • Create industry whitepapers and e-books
  • Conduct thorough market analysis, competitor research, and target customer profiles
  • Organize and support promotional events and campaigns
  • Enhance the existing customer journey and provide continued support to increase customer retention, decrease customer churn, and improve customer awareness
  • Implement and maintain an analytical framework for marketing strategies with performance reporting - identifying trends and using data to drive decision making
  • Build and manage account based B2B social media campaigns

 

Job Requirements:

  • BA/BS Degree
  • 7-10 years plus of Marketing experience with an emphasis on roles related to content creation
  • Knowledge of strategic marketing practices such as research, advertising, product development, market research, performance analytics, and content marketing
  • Demonstrated history of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns, owning the campaign lifecycle from asset creation to distribution to post-campaign analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong collaboration and organization skills
  • Demonstrated experience with developing training guides for existing and new products
