Job Overview:

Our client is searching for an INSURANCE career professional for a newly created start-up, as the insurance client solutions specialist.

 Your role will be to help lead the commercialization of a new product —a workflow and automation B2B software solution the company has built, developed, and invested in.

You will focus on the insurance sector, with an initial focus on the P&C segment. The tool is currently used by thousands of people and has dozens of use cases.

As an insurance client solutions specialist you will interact with clients, understand their needs, and strategize with the company’s internal product and engineering teams to deliver consultative sales solutions.

You will be responsible for identifying client needs and helping clients implement our client’s product into their organizations. 

Over time, you will help generate business and new clients.

 

You possess:

Three or more years of total relevant work experience with an emphasis on selling products and solutions to help improve business operations.

Experience should include time spent A) in a client-facing role at a technology company selling products to P&C insurance companies, or B) in an insurance technology start-up with experience selling an early stage product to P&C insurance companies. 

You should have business and product development acumen and the ability to translate business needs into usable B2B software. 

Coding skills are not necessary.
