We are working with a growing technology company in Cambridge, MA as it builds its Inside Sales team.  This company is building technology that is a “need to have” for mid-size/large companies. 

Job Description:

Our client company is looking for successful inside sales professionals from the software industry.  Working closely with Business Development, you will qualify open inbound leads and turn them into solid sales opportunities and close deals.   You will be selling into a more technical customer. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with marketing on lead-gen campaigns and be creative with exploring new ways to reach prospective customers
  • Work effectively and collaboratively with Business Development to generate new business
  • Engage leads in dialogue either through phone or email
  • Maintain and update on all sales related activity
  • Close key transactions on a monthly basis 


  • 3-5 years proven and demonstrable track record of success in the Inside Sales roles
  • Competitive drive to make money
  • Polish and professionalism; excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
  • Experience with preferred
