We are working with an established and profitable software product and professional services firm based in the Peabody, MA area fill a Human Resources Manager role. This is a hybrid position 4 days WFH / 1 day in the office.

Job Description:

This is an ideal role for a Human Resources professional who has 3+ years of experience and wants to continue growing their HR career. The HR team is small, and you will report to a member of the company’s executive team. Being a self-starter is a must. You will be both strategic and tactical, but on most days, it is all about getting things done! You will be involved with all aspects of HR – comp/benefits, employee growth and retention programs, HRIS systems, and company culture. In short – you will do a little of everything HR! Here is more detail:

Be the “Go To” person for everything related to benefits enrollment and employee HR related matters. Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Lead HR metrics related to employee retention and filling new positions.

Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for new hires.

Implement and maintain HRIS systems to streamline HR processes and improve data accuracy.

Support the company’s performance mindset and employee growth opportunities.

Job Requirements:

BA / BS degree.

3-7 years of progressive experience in human resources management, preferably in an emerging stage fast-paced growth services and technology company.

Demonstrated experience in managing HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits administration.

Experience in developing and driving HR initiatives, policies, and procedures to support company growth and employee engagement.

Knowledge of market trends and benchmarking to ensure the company’s compensation packages remain competitive.

Experience in managing employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other wellness programs.

Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) and other HR-related software.
