- You will be depended upon for excellent customer service to users at all levels of the company. Responsible for meticulous follow through and tracking of all problem resolution in progress.
- Install new and/or modified desktop computers / mobile devices; perform preventative maintenance tasks; troubleshoot and repair while educating end users.
- Responsible for technology set up / education of new employees, transfers, name changes, management changes and return of technology resulting from employee exits.
- Collaborate with other team members on special projects as needed.
Education and Experience:
- 2+ years’ working knowledge in a help desk environment; proven tech support experience in school setting.
- Basic exposure to Windows - desktop
- Knowledge of Apple/IOS - mobile
- Previous job in retail setting / customer-interacting role
- Associates/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent tech experience in place of formalized educational program.
