It can be meaningful and rewarding when you work for a for-profit company that provides people a social good…NDT is leading a search for this client company to recruit a Director of Growth Marketing and Acquisition.  This individual will lead the company’s direction at the highest level for growth marketing.

Job Description:

Leading Growth Marketing, you will own customer acquisition strategy and execute across search, social, display, retargeting, and other channels globally. You will drive new customer revenue and launch major initiatives to drive lead acquisition and conversion while building a unique customer experience. The ideal candidate will be strategic and tactical and will generate innovative ideas which will yield growth. Primary responsibilities will be:

  • Build B2B end-to-end growth strategy globally
  • Own the P&L for new customer growth, overseeing the budget and forecast and driving towards revenue goals
  • Conduct root-cause analyses and identify and prioritize opportunities to maximize key performance metrics (like lead acquisition, new customer revenue, and ROI) through A/B testing
  • Partner with Product & Engineering, Sales, Data & Insights, and others to build seamless customer experiences
  • Manage relationship with ad agencies and 3rd party vendors
  • Launch new initiatives and channels that will unlock new growth for the business
  • Measure channel performance regularly and report out on how marketing is driving key metrics
  • Ownership mindset - you’ll succeed in what can seem like brand new territory and proactively plan what you need to surpass your goals
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills - you can analyze large sets of data, identify trends, and provide evidence-based recommendations
  • Technical bent - you tend to roll up your sleeves, execute solutions to complex problems, and iterate continuously

Job Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree with strong analytics mindset
  • Has a love for the customer and using data to make the customer experience the best it can be
  • 10+ years of Growth Marketing experience with the ability to show notable work that yields results
  • Experience working in a B2B, fast paced environment – start-up experience preferred
  • Love the fact that each workday is different and can be nimble enough to jump back and forth between being strategic and tactical
