Job Overview:
In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing direct to consumer marketing initiatives. You will help coordinate focus groups, work with an outside firm to develop direct mail pieces, and email campaigns. This is a hands-on role where your marketing expertise and knowledge of consumer marketing is key. Primary responsibilities for this role include:
- Strategize and implement a consumer engagement strategy.
- Lead product segmentation, positioning, messaging, and channel marketing including direct mail and email campaigns.
- Manage A/B testing, surveys, and focused groups, and then acting on the valuable data that was collected to make marketing decisions.
Job Requirements:
- Marketing experience from a well-respected B2C product or service company or creative agency experience with a focus on leading B2C clients.
- 7-10+ years’ experience in building effective consumer engagement marketing programs with demonstrated success in a product marketing or brand management role.
- Experience with leading creation of marketing collateral, sales enablement and/or channel management.
- Experience with cross-functional project and team management, coordinating and leading across a variety of functional areas.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience building consumer brands targeting consumers aged 65 and older is a plus.
