New Opportunity-Lead Customer Success efforts for an extremely successful, highly respected industry leader offering a “unique to find” work culture, where employees choose to stay, grow and collaborate with industry experts for many years.
- Establish and implement streamlined processes for new client onboarding and implementation of software solutions.
- Maintain, enhance and expand upon long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Data experts, Industry experts and clients to ensure that clients are provided with the highest quality products and services.
- Create project management systems to ensure that clients’ experiences are above and beyond expectations!
The Skills/Experience you Bring:
- 4+ years SaaS experience in Customer Success or Account Management role.
- Proven success interacting with C-level internal and external clients.
- Strong project management and process skills
- Comfort with Excel and large datasets
- Consistently dedicated to exceeding customer expectations
- Proven success as cross- functional collaborator
