The Opportunity:
- Develop strategy to engage Senior consumers via product marketing (segmentation, positioning, messaging) and channel marketing (direct mail, phone calls, text messages, email) that leads to product interest and motivation to learn more.
- Collaborate with designers, content writers and copywriters to create engaging collateral for Senior audience.
- Manage ongoing assessment of marketing efforts and consumer experience via testing (e.g., A/B testing, surveys, consumer panels, etc.), representing the voice of customers.
- Develop and implement marketing plan business unit leaders to meet/exceed company’s strategic goals.
Skills/Experience Required:
- 6+ years of experience designing and implementing successful consumer engagement marketing programs.
- Successful track record in a product marketing or brand management role.
- Experience creating and implementing Direct mail, Email campaigns, Marketing collateral, Sales enablement and/or Channel management.
- Experience with cross-functional project leadership.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and highly dynamic culture, with limited in-house resources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience building consumer brands targeting the 80+ age group is a plus.
