Job description:

Our client specializes in technology solutions for indoor Real Time Location Systems.

You are an experienced algorithm engineer with expertise in wireless systems and networks.

You will be responsible for algorithm design and simulation of real-time location systems (RTLS) for indoor and outdoor applications.

Your work will include research, evaluation, and development of algorithms and system prototypes, as well as performance assessment and diagnosis of real-world RTLS systems.

 

Qualifications:

  • Master/PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or related field  
  • Experience in academic or industrial R&D in algorithm design and analysis on wireless communication systems and protocols   
  • Familiar with indoor wireless technologies such as Ultra-Wideband, Bluetooth, WiFi, etc.     
  • Excellent programming/scripting skills
  • Willing to travel    

 

Additional Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Real-Time Location System (RTLS) technologies
  • Previous hand-on experience in embedded algorithm implementation and prototyping of wireless systems
  • Familiar with IEEE and industrial standards such as 802.15.4, FiRa/CCC, etc.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge and previous experience of machine learning, SLAM
