Beverly founded New Dimensions in Technology (NDT) in December of 1979 on the NEW ENGLAND building blocks of strong long-term relationships, trust, integrity and service. NDT is considered a premier boutique high-technology recruiting company with repeat clients who have partnered with NDT since its beginning. Beverly is a "hands on" executive who continues to oversee NDT with a focus on recruiting "top-tier talent" for clients demanding the finest human capital in the global technology world.
Having been educated as a teacher, Beverly excels in advising both entry level and senior executives with their career objectives.She is a sought out presenter and mentors students at several leading colleges and universities, including: MIT, Harvard, Northeastern, Boston University and Brandeis University.
Beverly is the consummate networker.She is involved with several professional organizations: Co-founder of the very first Women's Networking Business Group North of Boston in 1981; a former member of the Women's Presidents Organization and a former member of The Commonwealth Institute; trusted supporter of the MIT ENTERPRISE FORUM and the Mass Hi-Tech Leadership Council and many MEETUP groups.
Beverly has been very fortunate to have traveled around the GLOBE and continues to do so as she seeks out cities and countries from which her business friends have originated.

Risa began her career as a recruiting professional in 2001, joined the team at New Dimensions in Technology as a Career Advisor in 2004 and has loved what she does ever since!

Since 2003, Marcia has worked as a business partner with NDT's President, Beverly A. Kahn, and Vice President of Recruiting, Larry S. Kahn.
